the location is nice, but i can’t believe in-room dining stops at 11 PM, how inconvenient! also, the small rooms were quite a disappointment. as a special guest, i expected a welcome gift, but alas, it seems that’s just for the regulars. i almost wrote a good review, but these issues absolutely ruined it for me.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent making my mornings feel like a feast. The room was tight but we did have a lovely coffee maker which was a nice touch before exploring the area.

Impeccable service! ! Housekeeping was attentive, keeping our room spotless at all times. Plus, the breakfast had fantastic choices to start our day right (loved the Japanese options! ). The location was ideal, just a stroll away from the shopping paradise and easy access to public transport!
